Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Lastephen Concrete wants lastephen.living to be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement describes how we think about accessibility. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Our Goal
We want a website that as many people as possible can use. We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible sites.
Steps We Take
To help, we try to:
- Use clear headings and a sensible page order
- Add text descriptions to images that carry meaning
- Keep text readable with strong color contrast
- Make sure the site works with a keyboard alone
- Build pages that fit phones, tablets and desktop screens
- Write in plain, everyday language
- Label every form field clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Material from third parties, such as embedded tools, may be outside our control. We review the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If a part of this site is hard for you to use, there are other routes. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@lastephen.living and we will do what we can to help.
Tell Us What You Found
We welcome your feedback on how accessible this site is. Email contact@lastephen.living and include:
- The page or feature that gave you trouble
- What went wrong and what you expected to happen
- Your browser, device or assistive technology, if you know it
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Always Improving
Accessibility is never finished. We will keep it in mind each time we update the site.
